It is designed to be used entirely with voice while driving, reducing distractions and fines. It is tailored for private hire and food delivery drivers using ride-hailing apps.
No. An active subscription is required for full access and to keep files updated.
Re-download the app and log in. If it still shows unsubscribed, go to Profile -> Subscription and reselect your plan; it will reactivate without charging again. Contact support if issues persist.
Files update daily; delete old files then download the latest:
- Delete old files from Files -> On My iPhone -> Voice Decline.
- Delete old custom commands in Settings -> Accessibility -> Voice Control -> Commands.
- Download/import the new files from the app.
If your ride-hailing app uses a custom promotion layout, commands may not work until that layout is standard across users.
The app is available worldwide and supports major ride-hailing apps. Phone language must be set to UK English for commands to work reliably.
Voice Control can increase usage slightly. Turn on Attention Aware in Accessibility -> Voice Control to pause listening when you are not looking at the phone, and disable Bluetooth/Wi-Fi if not needed.

You can be logged in on one device at a time. Files and videos cannot be copied or distributed without permission.
Yes. If music is loud you may need to repeat commands for recognition.
Yes. Voice commands work with AirPods or other hands-free devices, and while connected to CarPlay or charging.
